Terms and Conditions

• I will review medical records and prepare a factual report on the case with expert opinion.  My rate for such work is £275/hr.

  • A report of this type tends to take me 4-5 hours.  The fee may be higher if the amount of material is extensive or particularly complex.

  • I am also able to provide a non CPR compliant desktop screening report initially.

 

• Personal injury (assuming meeting with the Claimant - by Zoom at present) flat fee of £275 but with the caveat that the fee may be more if the amount of material to review is large or if the case is particularly complex.

  • If I have to travel to meet the Claimant, I will charge for travel time at 50% of my hourly rate along with travel costs in addition to the report fee.​

 

• Invoices are payable within 30 days of dispatch unless otherwise agreed.

 

• Failure to attend an appointment or cancelation with less than 48hours notice, will result in a DNA/cancellation charge of £50.

 

• Payment by the instructing party is not contingent upon the contents of, or opinions expressed within the report nor the outcome of the case or taxation.
